Death Relives
UI programming
Two months as UI programmer in late 2024. The widgets were rebuilt, every aspect ratio got support, gamepad navigation and new HUD widgets were added, and textures and blueprints were optimised.

Death Relives
UI programming for a game shipped on Steam: widgets rebuilt, every aspect ratio supported, gamepad navigation and new HUD widgets.

- Shown
- 44 screens
- Unreal Engine
The UI was designed in Photoshop by Mücahit Ergen and the first widget designs were made by Yunus Öztürk. DryreL joined the team for the last quarter of 2024 and reworked the UI programming completely.
Faulty widgets were corrected one by one and their hierarchy rewritten. Widgets that broke at some resolutions or behaved oddly were fixed, wrongly imported NPOT textures were redone, sliders and buttons with shifted click points were fixed, duplicate buttons became one widget, and editor crashes and freezes caused by UI blueprints were removed.
Only final, shipped screens are shown: development material (code, in-engine views, internal tools) stays private under the NDA, so more than half of the work is not public.
