Right of Withdrawal

1. Who sells to you

Orders in the store are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges VAT and sends the receipt. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment and to refunds made through Paddle. These notes describe your rights for what we deliver: animated Steam profile artworks as digital files.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is made.

To withdraw, tell us clearly (for example by email to [email protected]) or through Paddle. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

3. When the right ends or does not apply

• Digital content, immediate delivery. Before you pay, you are asked to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available (§ 356 (5) BGB; Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We then confirm this on a durable medium (your order email).
• Personalised orders. A file made to your specification (for example with your name or your own colours and fonts) is not suitable for return, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to it once we start making it (Art. 16(c)).

If neither applies, for example before you have downloaded a ready-made file, you can withdraw within the 14 days and we refund the price with the same payment method, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we learn of the withdrawal.

4. Problems with a file

If a file is faulty, does not match what was shown, or cannot be downloaded, write to us. We fix it, deliver it again, or refund you. Your statutory rights for defects stay unaffected.
